Étienne LeBlanc, CPA Auditor
Partner – LeBlanc Lacroix CPA
With nearly 10 years of experience in accounting, Étienne brings a rigorous, approachable, and deeply practical perspective to serving small businesses. His career is defined by a passion for entrepreneurship and a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality service to SMEs and incorporated professionals.
Étienne completed a Diploma in Accounting and Management at Cégep de l’Outaouais (2015–2018), followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (CPA concentration) at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (2018–2021), and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting (D.E.S.S.) in 2021. He successfully passed the Common Final Examination (CFE) in September 2021 and earned his CPA auditor designation upon completing his two-year practical experience, which was part of a broader four-year tenure at a large accounting firm in the Gatineau–Ottawa region.
At this firm of approximately 100 employees, Étienne progressed from intern to Director in Assurance, developing strong expertise in review engagements for SMEs and compilation engagements for professionals. His approach emphasizes precision, clarity, and responsiveness to each client’s unique needs.
Étienne’s entrepreneurial journey began at age 14, buying and reselling second-hand items at garage sales. In 2016, he launched a meal delivery business serving the Gatineau area, showcasing his early business acumen. While pursuing his studies, he also worked as a controller for a franchised restaurant, where he managed data entry, payroll, period-end procedures, and reporting to the franchise. This hands-on experience gave him a clear understanding of the operational and financial needs of small businesses.
Today, at just 27 years old, Étienne is a founding partner of LeBlanc Lacroix CPA, where he leverages his experience, versatility, and deep understanding of real-world business challenges to provide reliable, personalized, and practical accounting support to his clients.
